Understanding BPMN 2.0, Professional Application and Introduction  [P-BPEM3 ]

eLearningPublicInhouse

Course topic

Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is established worldwide as a tool-independent standard for the design and documentation of business processes. Through the use of a common language, BPMN creates a connection between business and IT, which in turn increases mutual understanding. Thanks to BPMN, processes can modelled transparently and without interpretation, across many levels of detail.

In an increasingly dynamic market environment, the optimum interplay of business processes with facilitating IT systems can provide a significant competitive advantage.

Why this seminar is particularly useful for you:

  • Specially designed case study with meaningfully structured practical exercises based on real-life scenarios
  • Submission of complete process documentation as a suggested solution to the case study
  • Development of a guideline for the introduction of BPMN as the standard for process design
  • Dialogue-oriented training method, on an equal footing with the trainers: All trainers are experienced practitioners with many years of experience in process management. The training is supported by license-free BPMN 2.0 tools (Innovator), which participants can install before the start of the course.

Training Objectives

  • Experience and understand the essential principles of BPMN 2.0, the aspects that require particular attention
  • Find out how the individual notation elements can be employed in practice in a useful and compliance-oriented manner.
