Dynamic, technological advances require corresponding continuous education and further training for the employees. The aim here should be to formulate and establish a coordinated skills management. The training requirement is ascertained within the framework of an annual MbO process and based on a GAP analysis by comparison with the targets derived from the IT planning. The results are then summarized into an annual training plan.
