In this training course, designed as a corporate seminar, “Apollo 13” mission situations are realistically simulated and the damaged space module is brought back to Earth. The results of the respective mission are analyzed and discussed by all participants.

The ITIL® processes are formulated and actively followed within the framework of this simulation.
The focus is clearly on the team aspect. The challenges can only be successfully overcome through active teamwork. That is why the emphasis is placed on options for process optimization and mutual approaches to improving the teamwork evaluated.
