This five-day managers’ bridge course provides the certified ITIL® V2 service managers with a more in-depth insight into the ITIL® V3 service lifecycle phases. The seminar explains how the processes are described in ITIL® V3 and what form the lifecycle takes. The trainers also deal with new processes and functions. The focus is not only on the new features but also the key differences compared with ITIL® V2 and how the requirements of the service recipient are incorporated.
